The adapter replaces the handlebar axle spacer and allows for seamless mounting of the WeeRide Safe Front seat bracket to the bike in cases where the shape and design of the bike frame structure do not allow this. This adapter may not be necessary, but if you are still unsure from the description below, please contact us.

Compatible with 99% of bicycles on the market.
The adapter is required in cases of lack of space on the bicycle frame under the handlebars (min. 5mm), or in case of a larger diameter of the head part of the bicycle frame (more than 45mm).
This adapter is included as standard in the WeeRide Safe Front PLATINUM package.
The adapter replaces the spacer on the handlebar axle and must be installed correctly (see video instructions or graphic manual below).
Once installed, the adapter remains virtually unnoticed on the bike, so you can install or remove the seat in a minute.
WARNING: THE BICYCLE HANDLEBAR STEM MUST BE PROPERLY INSTALLED FOR SAFE STEERING.
Find 1 or more 10mm spacers on the bike's handlebar axle under the stem.
Follow the video instructions to loosen the stem and remove the 10 mm spacer from the handlebar axle.
Slide the WeeRide STEM adapter onto the handlebar stem in place of the original pad.
With the stem reassembled and tightened securely, you can leave the STEM adapter on the handlebar axle even when the seat is not in use.
