Important: This is an original Seasucker product from the original manufacturer, manufactured from the highest quality materials directly at the headquarters of the company in Florida with a history of developing and testing its products, the official patent holder and the exclusive holder of crash tests for its products.
Any similar products under different brands available on the market today are imitations of the SeaSucker brand as the original - fakes made in China.
Mounting your expensive toys on a (mostly) even more expensive car using the power of air (that is, vacuuming it completely...) can seem like a risky adventure. However, you can avoid this unpleasant feeling of insecurity and praying while driving.
The solution is simple, and that is not to buy a fake and a product that imitates the original.
A unique accessory for the Monkey Bars roof rails, which we have been waiting for a long time.
This set does not contain any adapters for the given type of bicycle fork, select the desired adapter from the menu below - see accessories.
In recent years, manufacturers have adopted and introduced new standards for mounting the front wheel. The two most famous and most used today are the quick release, the so-called Quick-Release and fixed axle (Thru-Axle).
The quick-release axle has an integrated lever, after which the wheel seems to fall out of the fork. That's why we also call these types of forks "drop out" forks.
The "Thru-Axle" uses a retractable solid axle to mount the wheel, which can be 9mm, 12mm, 15mm or 20mm in diameter.
The width of the forks can also have several dimensions, so before using the aero roof rack there are challenges and questions regarding the choice of the type and method of attachment of the fork.
It was for this problem that SeaSucker developed a universal fork attachment system called HUSKE.
So, what exactly is HUSKE? The name is an acronym for the English "HUb Standards Keep Evolving". The basis is a universal holder, into which it is possible to insert the end caps corresponding to the required type of wheel attachment. The result is the possibility of transporting the following types of bicycles.
- 9 mm x 100 mm QR - Quick-Release
- 12mm x 100mm Thru-Axle
- 15mm x 100mm Thru-Axle
- 15 mm x 110 mm (BOOST) Thru-Axle
- 20mm x 100mm Thru-Axle
- 20mm x 110mm Thru-Axle
The Seasucker HUSKE is listed as a stand-alone product that you can purchase separately, or as a set with the appropriate end adapters (select from the menu above).
If you need to transport bicycles with a different type of wheel mounting configuration, it is possible to use a separate SeaSucker HUSKE holder without end adapters
